Brotherhood. Community. Service.

Celebrating 75 Years of Service in Washington, D.C.

Our History

Servants of the Community

Brothers routinely participate in community service activities from raising money for March of Dimes, packing thousands of boxes for the underserved community on Thanksgiving, and a monthly staple, Loaves and Fishes, where we prepare meals for those who have fallen on hard times.

Mentoring our Youth

Brothers, through the continued work of our education committee, spend countless hours speaking with, mentoring, and spending time with students in the Washington, D.C. community. Our presence and ability to shape these young individuals will have lasting impacts on generation of the future.

Engaged in the Work

Brothers of OLA are constantly on the scene - whether that be at conventions, at organizing meetings, NPHC gatherings, or community forums, OLA will continue to stand at the forefront of the serious work ahead.

“We have a responsibility to collectively actualize our commitment we all made when we were fortunate to become members of this organization. The work never stops.”

-Bro. Quantral Fletcher.
